    We do, go to Settings --> Personalization --> Start and turn on "Use Start Full Screen". Anything pinned to start can be moved to existing groups, new groups, tiles can be resized or removed.

    You can set the start menu to go full screen for the same, well better because I dig the hamburger menu in the upper left, experience as 8.1. Additionally the action center menu is by far much better.
