After never getting any notifications, out if the blue I got 2 notifications on the Facebook beta live tile and on my lock screen. Now both badges wont go away. :eck:

This confuses me. It can tell you who is texting but it can't tell you who is calling. Instead it reads out the phone number, even if they are in your phone book.

I used to have the lumia 800 and it had a really nasty blue/green tint and the slightest off axis viewing. Got rid of it because of that. I currently have the Samsung Ativ S and I'm really impressed with this screen. Whites look white and you only ever notice that tint on extreme viewing angles...

You don't want to revert. GDR2 fixes some important issue, chiefly the other storage issue. My Ativ has great battery on GDR2 and I have many apps running in the background. Try doing a phone reset. Just go into settings, about, reset your phone.

re: I'm not sure what you aren't sure about... but anyway... Yes the Ativ S has an Oleophobic coating too and any light scratches that you can't feel with a fingernail are in the oleophobic coating and not in the glass itself. You can't buff out scratches without ruining the coating.

On your computer download a little program called Zune social tagger. I had to put all my music through it to make artist artwork to show on the lockscreen.

What's the deal with the beta app and background tasks for Facebook? I don't see it in the list of allowed and blocked. The live tile stopped updating and also the me tile. I had Facebook installed too and the background task for that wasn't working as in it was listed as blocked but even when...
