Re: App Store won't open Windows 10 I'm running into a similar problem. I upgraded to Windows 10 from 8.1, and I can't access the store. Running wsreset.exe gives a registry error message, and the directory you have listed above is already empty. Thoughts? I'd appreciate any feedback.
