I got 925 replaced about 6 times in 3 months. I love the design but hate heating & network issues, overall got too many compliments for its design. it's business phone only, not for heavy use.

no , we have only 1 option which MS gave us, WINDOWS PHONE DESKTOP APP, which has very limited functionality.

have you try to hit buy button? once you pressed it , it'll process ur ID & checked whether you download it before or not, then if u purchased it(means u download it when it's became free) then it'll just let u install, don't worry HIT BUY (even if u r first unlucky guy to have this issue)...
