    Is wallet broken in WP 8.1?

    It worked fine in WP8.0, both the first and today's WP8.1 update, Wallet has not worked for me. You click it from either Settings or from the Wallet app and it goes back to the app list screen. Nothing happens. I wish more people commented on this.

    GDR3 Developer Preview Bug List

    Caller ID is only the phone number, not the name. However if I go into the phone number, it will group them to the contact and sort of sync itself. If you go into the contact itself you will see it corrects the history. But the next call received, doesn't work.
