ok, update came through for the PC version of the app. Again, only change I see is the name.

Just received the update to MS Health (now called MS Band version 2.0.20914.0) on 950XL and it also updated the Band 2 to build 2.0.5202.0 26R. Only announcement was the new name. No update yet for the software on my Surface.

Not sure why but noticed that since 6/22 my band 2 is no longer recording any heart rates at the 1 min 2 min times like previously. Anyone having this issue? It is recording the heart rate the entire run, just the post rates not recording even though the band shows acquired as I monitored it...

So mine has progressively increased every few days. Started at 4, skipped 5, went to 6 and now 7. I cannot correlate to anything.

Has mine since day 1 and it was having the breaking apart symptoms and the bubbles around the charge port were causing issues with the band getting charges. My wife's though is still in great shape. I guess using it to track all activity such as yard work, rock climbing, backpacking in the rain...

Still no luck overnight. But I found the links to download directly and that worked.

So my workstation updated with no issues and restart was clean. Surface 3 same. But Surface Pro 3 is still getting download issues. I'm going to continue to let it sit over night and check it in the morning.

OK, further reading on Microsoft's site leads me to believe this will only be available via Windows update. That is the comment on many of the security bulletins this fixes. Looking at my logs it appears to be failing on download. So I'll wait as the package has not completed on my Surface.

I used your Resting Heart Rate formula on the data I downloaded from the band and it was within 1.2 of what the dashboard is showing so that lends support to how Microsoft may be calculating it. Thanks for the write up on the formula. Very informative.
