I already tried a soft reset. By "hard reset", do you mean a factory wipe reset? Just to get rid of two alarms?

I'm not on a Fast Ring build, though. This is a standard Alcatel OneTouch Fierce XL with .164 production build. It's not on the Insider builds. Cortana shows me the two new alarms when I use "List My Alarms", but not the two previous alarms.

I had two recurring alarms set on my Windows 10 Mobile phone some time ago. My phone stopped responding recently, so I had to reboot it. When I did, I noticed that there were no alarms listed in the Alarms and Clocks app. I re-added the two recurring alarms ... but now the alarms are ringing...
