Again, thank you both for responding to my thread. To recap, it isn't possible to create an app to have on the band the same way you have one on your phone, correct? The only way to fix my issue would be to create an interval timer app that works with the band and I'd need to run with my phone...

I appreciate the response. I'm looking for a timer that I can set and would go off repeatedly. For example, I can set my regular running watch to go off repeatedly every 12 minutes to remind me for water breaks. I'd love to do that with the band so I don't have to wear a watch while running.
