I don't really know what stopped it. I'd guess it either has something to do with removing and re-adding the live tile, or resetting the whole outlook mail app and starting over (or both).

I f you have used both MS Money and Quicken, then you would understand why an outdated, unsupported version of MS Money is still way better than any version of Quicken. Quicken still does not have features that MS Money had 15 years ago.
