My 920 is doing the same thing. I'm not sure how to fix it.

Yes, msft said all current wp8/8.1 devices can get windows 10. Whether your service provider rolls it out to everyone, who knows. You should be able to get windows 10 from insider program or whatever they call the equivalent of the current developer preview.

No. 8.1 isn't officially released, only the developer preview. This needs to be manually installed. The public release will be automatically installed. Probably someone in late June, though the official release date has not been announced.

I've been asking Cortana how long it will take to get to work/home (which works well) every morning and afternoon hoping to prompt her to automatically give it to me, but no luck.

I still have to hold the back button to get to the multitasking view. If I press the back button once, it backs me up a screen, just like it did in WP8.

When I hit the back arrow and leave an app, it no longer shows up in the multitasking view. To me, that indicates that the app is not suspended. Is that not how yours is working too?

The "big 5" in Europe use 5+ different languages, which is 5x the amount of work and 5x the amount of time to develop.
