Upgrade to Pro version, no doubt about it. Unless the laptop is provided to you by your school or employer and has all the apps that help you with your work. If you have purchased the laptop on your own, then it doesn't make sense to use a limited OS when you can upgrade to a full fledged OS...

A basic office version, which could be upgraded to a full version for a fee, would definitely increase the appeal of any hardware made by MS. Not sure about GPS but a SIM slot is also a good addon.

AdBlock Plus. Ads are getting even more aggressive, privacy stealing and bandwidth hogging day by day, so you need this to be your first extension installed if you want to survive the web on Edge.

The only way W10M gains some tracktion is if they support Android apps in some way. Right now things are not exactly rosy.

Don't know about Live.com but you can still create one with Hotmail.com. I recently made one.

Want to try Continuum more than anything else. And the brilliant OLED screen is icing on the cake.

I would choose Lumia 950 XL because I've been stuck with a PUNY 4 inch screen phone for some time now and would love to have a big screen phone.
