That is likely because the "Support Engineer" is not understanding the problem. The actual reason behind all of this is rather technical and would require developers and people involved with the design of the Microsoft Word engine to resolve. As this is integrated with A LOT of Outlook...

Ah if you've been on technical preview builds, then stuff like this is all too common and a hard reset might be the only way to fix the WiFi calling settings along with the other issues you mentioned.

Have you tried syncing the latest mobile operator settings or doing a soft reset? Is your Lumia 635 unlocked or locked to a specific carrier? Have you been able to modify the WiFI calling settings before?

Surely having Glance Screen (with a photo background) and Lock Screen set to a quick time like one minute would help with this. Having Glance on a setting like 15 minutes which would then just turn off the display, preventing burn in.

I had this same problem on a Lumia 925 as well! As I mostly used dark mode for everything I only noticed it on lighter backgrounds.
