When I've seen this in the past, the Bluetooth speaker was setup has a telephony device by Windows, removing the telephony device (Hands=free phone) usually fixed the issue.

Have you installed the Surface Audio App and added them to the Duo from there? If not, remove them and readd them through the App.

You would need to side-load it either from another device extracting the APK or from a trusted site....

It's working as expected from the Launcher for me...I use the Slim Pen but that shouldn't make a huge difference

Are you in Landscape or Portrait Mode? I find if I'm in Portrait Mode it works across both screens which defeats the best viewing experience. It worked like you hoped when I first got the device but one of the updates made it portrait specific

Using OneNote it has worked as I hoped, but I live exclusively in the Microsoft ecosystem, Outlook, Teams and M365 as Microsoft is my biggest client, Google and Amazon are also customers of mine so with Android its easy to use their apps as well...

I've used my Duo for all my compute needs all weekend, I haven't used my Pro X since Friday at 5PM. I find I use Edge expanded with screens in landscape, I use OneNote expanded in Portrait and have setup some traditional phone apps in Duo Groups. I use this device much more like I've been using...
