This is what I did: Opened CMD as administrator, typed gpupdate /force Pressed Enter. Then went to Start|Settings|Time & language| Double clicked: "English United Kingdom Windows Display Language" Next clicked Options| Clicked Speech and downloaded a language pack. After that Cortana appeared...

I have an near new Desktop Computer that came with Windows 8.1. Upgraded to windows 10 the Cortana feature will not work it says it it is not supported in my region the uk which is odd as I upgraded my other desktop pc and the Cortana feature works fine. Any suggestions on how I can fix this?
