AT&T informed my wife that its an issue with the Samsung owners account and the Samsung owner would have to call AT&T to correct the problem. I have tried switching from 4G enhanced to 4G but no luck.

AT&T actually called my wife back and informed her that it was a problem that would need to be addressed on the Samsung owners account. Im not sure if that's true but I certainly cant ask all Samsung owners to call AT&T when they don't even realize they have a problem.

I tried turning of 4G enhanced but it didn't help.

AT&T said the APN is configured properly since text messages are coming through including media. Pictures come through but text does not.
