Exactly what i'm getting at the moment with my 640 running 10536.

As per the instructions... Go back to Windows 8.1 first using the Windows Device Recovery Tool. Once you're on Windows Phone 8.1, install the Windows Insider app, choose the Fast ring, and reboot your phone. After that ? this build should download and install on your phone I have done the above...

I was afraid of that, my Windows RT wont install the recovery tool Might try a hard re-set first.

I'm having the same issue on my 640. Do I just do a hard re-set, install Windows Insider, then Fast Ring?

Tried today but says I need to remove some apps/make more space. Only have two games and a few apps installed. Any ideas?

Long install doesn't bother me & I can't rollback to 8.1 as my Windows RT can't install the Recovery Tool 😐

Currently on 10166 (by slow ring) on my 640. Fancy the latest release. Can i just select fastring or do I need to hard reset first?
