So it is a factory reset. Any Nokia wizards on here to at least help try something?

That's what the hard reset does? Just resets everything and start a new.

Hello, Got a problem with my Lumia 520. Everytime you restart the phone (General restart or taking the battery out) the screen stops working all together. A soft reset does not fix the problem. Everytime you need to do a hard reset and reset all your data. Has this problem happened to anyone...
