Re: Windows 10 is stuck on startup screen before login options I'm stuck where you were. Thanks for the ctrl-alt-del tip. It got me to a screen with 3 icons - wifi, something that looks like a clock at 12.15, and a power switch. I blinked and the spinner is back and ctrl-alt-del don't work...
