Yes, I would recommend Amazon Marketplace over the others. My Lumia 900 was indeed unlocked and I had two cheap cases thrown in, but otherwise as-is.

Same story here for a no-commitment, black 920 order from Wednesday evening. Received two emails confirming the order within moments of placing it, the hold is there on my Discover card and watched as my order status changed from "processing" to "pending shipment," back to "processing" then...

Gave up on Craigslist, too many lowballers and scammers. Wound up listing on Amazon Marketplace and sold it for $226 within 2 hours!

I was having the same issue today and was initially told I'd have to wait until April 17 to get it resolved, but after reading about bwigginit's success I tried again and wouldn't you know it -- the next gal on the line got it working just fine. Thanks for that tip! JRB

Yes, I have an unlimited data plan grandfathered over from the original iPhone in 2007. They did switch me to the LTE data plan but still unlimited. Just spent another 45 mins. on the phone with AT&T trying to get Visual Voicemail to work on the Lumia 900 but no dice... they filed a trouble...
