Yikes, my M key looks the same, I fear that it may be a defect as well. As long as I don't hit the M key in the corner it seems to do fine. Maybe a little hot glue might hold it down a little better. Sent from mTalk

I am having the same problem with my M key, if you touch the top left corner a couple of times it pops off. I haven't done anything to damage it.

I haven't noticed any dimming. I like to watch YouTube videos with the Edge browser.

Re: Samsung Galaxy TabPro S - Can't reduce the screen brightness I had the same problem I picked up a used tab pro s yesterday and reset to factory. Screen was at full brightness until the Samsung utility updated the driver.

I just picked up a Tab Pro S yesterday, I am fortunate to not have had to deal with that issue, so far so good. Looks like all the updates worked properly.

I have great call quality. Sometimes it feels as if the speaker isn't loud enough (or maybe I am going deaf) but overall mine has been great.

Would be nice to have a app provide this feature. Something I do miss, I would like to hit the power button and see my day including weather at a glance.

I agree, sucks watching a YouTube video in the dark with the bright capacitive lights on. Would be nice if they turned off after a couple of seconds, maybe we will see this in windows phone 9. LOL

I also went and checked for update, don't see one either. Also went into settings to see if there was a update, nothing for me.

Did you try holding down the power button, volume down and windows capacitive button at the same time for 10 seconds? I had my phone shut down and this made it come back to life.

Mine actually randomly shut down in my pocket. Couldn't get it to power on. I held the power, volume down, and windows home button for about 10 seconds and it came back to life ... No data loss and it hasn't done it again yet. I am not too worried. I also get great battery life on mine.
