Awesome. How hard is it to open? take any pics?

It's driving me mad. I know it makes no since but I want to know for sure. Dell's software says the max ram is 4gb but they don't sell that model. Then windows tells me there's 2 slots and only ram in slot one. I know it's a stretch but if there's a slot in there it would be very awesome...
