Same issue as above - tried Hello and found it too slow. Tried "Remove" and nothing happens despite multiple soft resets. Is a hard reset the only option? Really growing tired of Windows 10 bugs. This has been my worst Windows phone to date.

Finally - someone with the same problem. Started yesterday and both rebooting and removing/re-adding the account doesn't work. Super frustrating and incredibly painful for work. Anyone know of a fix?
