I don't know if it's better on Verizon, but the ATIV S Neo I have on Sprint has basically been abandoned. No 8.1 w/o the Developer preview, and I haven't had any further updates in months.

horse****. I've had iOS and Android phones and tablets. The 8X is my second Windows Phone (first was a Trophy.) none of them have forced me do do a pave and re-install because an update broke basic functionality.

yes, the "Can't Send Message Try Again" thing is driving me up a wall. It *never* did this until after the GDR2 update.
