Possibly a dumb question, but what is the difference between Preview for Developers and Windows Insider? I couldn't get Windows Insider to work on one phone until I enabled Preview for Developers. On my other phone, Windows Insider just reboots my phone.

Pretty crazy to remove that. I've been hunting for it too. It seems like a basic piece of info, especially when so many apps haven't been updated for 10.

I find that there are several apps that seem to be this way. They just don't show up on the list at all.
