    Outlook account

    I had the same problem. Here is the fix. Set up the account on your phone as a generic Exchange account. Use m.hotmail.com as the Exchange server. Plug in your username and pass, and you should be set. Good luck.

    If it's a linked outlook.com account, you should have a separate login and pass for it. You need to set it up as a separate account on your device. Then you can link the inboxes on your device, if desired. Sent from my HTC6990LVW using Board Express

    Rooms OneNote question

    I think I have an answer for you. Log into your Skydrive account on the Surface, and look for a folder in the root directory with the name of your room. Open that folder, and there is a Onenote file in there with the same name. I believe this is what you want.

    Outlook incorrectly merging emails?

    Sure, the conversational sorting on Outlook mobile is good, but not infallible. It will occasionally incorrectly group separate messages with the same subject line.
