I just experience same problem, default windows podcast app suddenly used all my data in 2 days. podcast app is set to only use wifi or unlimited dataplan. And I have set limit in datasense, I don't know how else it would know if I have unlimited dataplan.

I understand Cortana in English may not work great in the "wrong" region, especially for location based features, but then they shouldn't link features like quiet hours to Cortana. At least give us the features that works anywhere. It's especially bad because MS is listing the Cortana features...

Seems the problem is unrelated to win10, a plugin I did not have installed on win8.1 was misbehaving.

Is anyone else seeing this ? When I first start Firefox it's perfect smooth, but soon after opening some tabs it is sluggish and slow. It is bascally using 100% of one of my cpu cores even when idle, and keeps the cpu from throttle down. I would use IE, but Lastpass is broken for IE on win10 :(

Still 95% of the World has to "trick" their phone into believing it's in the U.S. to get the best version of Cortana. Even basic features like setting an alarm or set the phone to be quiet at night.
