Even Hard Reset - total clear of everything and reinstall all apps didn't helped. I've got "Dead Tiles (TM) (C) 2013 Microsoft" ;) I can't believe it! This system is in Beta stage...

Ok, I've tried this Shrink Storage Program and it worked for me. Got back all my free space on SD. Used on HTC 8S.

I've tried this: Shrink Storage | Windows Phone Apps+Games Store (United States) and it restored me some free space on my phone, deleting unused data from "other". Did you tried this?
