I just have a small issue with the messaging/SMS application, it works fine but I don't get any notification or number showing on the live title, I have to go inside the application to see if I get new messages

But I can't get Cortana to work in Spain region.. It says it's not available on this region, weird because it was working fine on WP8.1

I have no way to add any text prediction languages or cortana languages, all the downloads fail, I did a factory reset before... Do you have the same issue ? "Reinstall Windows Insider app and re-subscribe to fast ring, problem will be solved. I had the same issue." : Trying this... ---->...
