I was thinking the same. Lol. Does seem louder and the whole OS seems more responsive. My surface was acting not so right before. Internet Explorer would crash a lot.

I'm so upset. I really wanted to keep my Lumia 920. Many people seems to be getting excellent battery life. Arrgggg! I'm without a smartphone right now. My Note 2 is backordered until next week. Maybe I should cancel my order and get my Lumia 920 back. :crying:

Go on my profile and look at my previous posts from purchasing my Lumia 920 to Babying the phone. I am not the only person who is complaining about the battery life. Microsoft gave me a $25 voucher as I walked in the store. Then I used it toward my purchase of the Lumia 920.

If you are getting such great battery life then it must be the defective hardware/battery that I had. I don't see how software update will fix other people's battery life since your is working amazingly well.

I had my phone for 7 days before returning it to the Microsoft store. Didn't want to wait until the 13th or 14th day where they may make it difficult on me to get my $450 back. I really like the phone. Wished I didn't have to return it. I'm a Microsoft fan. Love my Surface btw.

Microsoft Store in Costa Mesa, CA has a lot of Lumia 920 in stock. They have all the colors except cyan. Purchased my Lumia 920 (black) yesterday. I was debating between the black and white though. lol White seems a little too feminine for me. haha

I've been using Straight Talk (T-mobile compatible SIM) on HTC Amaze 4G. Now, switched to Straight Talk (At&t compatible SIM) using my Lumia 920. I have noticed that T-mobile has better coverage than AT&T. I get more signal bars with T-mobile. I'm in Southern California.

Walked in to Microsoft Store. I was greeted and handed a card for "$25 off when purchase $75". At the end, it costed me $458.79 after tax. Got a black one! Using it on Straight Talk!!! :P

Re: AT&T Store (San Fran) Refuses to Sell me a No Commitment Lumia 920 - FURIOUS. An AT&T Store here in Huntington Beach, CA refused to sell me one off contract since I dont have an account with them. :/ 2hrs ago.

Comparing to the off contract prices between tmobile and At&t, it does bother me a little bit. Was going to buy the phone today thinking it would be $400 or less. I might just go with the 820 and use it with my Straight Talk sim.
