@arkhale: I tried with Windows Phone Power Tools 2.5.5 but it just doesn't detect my device saying that it is not wp8 & that's true - it is wp8.1. Could u pls help me with that?

@luk3ja: Many apps create problem when deploying using 'Microsoft's official application deployment app included with the free windows phone sdk ' whereas WPV Deployer 2.0 does not. That's why I am looking for some other application for the purpose. I am currently using the inbuild deployment...

Note: Old applications such as WPV Deployer 2.0 do NOT work with wp8.1 (used to work with wp8)
