Ok, so just to make sure, turning on the telecoil worked for you, right? I posted it twice already as a possible fix in this forum topic and you are the only one so far who has said it has worked for them, besides me. If so, I hope more people can try this as well and stop sending their phone back.

Look back to the first page to what I did to possibly solve this issue. I have not had any call quality issues since doing it.

I'm not 100% sure if its a legitimate fix for this issue, but I found that when I turned on the telecoil option the weird call quality issues went away. Try it and see what you think. You can find the setting in ease of access settings.
