it looks like they tightened up the spacing for the capacitive buttons for easier access...also hopefully the curved chin will improve microphone voice quality and ease of handling

It has something to do with his settings whether he realizes it or not. It has something to do with 3rd party apps and feeds etc... I had same issue out of the blue last week and texted my buddy and asked him to loosen up his privacy settings. 10 minutes later it was back. sometimes FB resets...

I had the same issue and kept getting sent to different MS web sites to dl the tools listed in error message (which i also did) but what did it was when I finally installed the Windows Phone support tool 2.0 be sure you have that installed

they do have a new name.... it is now just Windows Phone. But maybe Metro Phone or Xphone but they had to leverage the Windows brand but I think they underestimate the backlash against the name

also if you have that player4747447 account and you come form phone to xbox account, you get one FREE Gamer tag change (afterwards $10) which you can do on your Xbox
