I also have this problem. Upgraded from windows 7 to windows 10 it comes up with a limited or no internet access. Never had this issue with windows 7 I'm using a Belkin f9l1106v1 USB wireless stick. I don't have any Anti-virus software installed. It comes up with this up to 10 times a day...
