Can now confirm the screen can still go black and not turn back on, on insider fast ring. Starting to think it's the magnetic strip in the folio case doing it as I can't believe I have two phones now that do it and no one else seems to have the issue?

There was another update today (even though it said there wasn't any before) so will see if this one does the trick. Although my "windows update" has turned into "Ŵîņɗòwš Ůpďåťe" so my confidence isnt high XD. I presume you mean insider feedback? No i haven't done any such thing.

That new update that came out a couple of days ago just made it worse. I now have a nice blue screen saying "RECOVERY" " Your PC /Device needs to be repaired The boot config data for your PC is missing or contains errors" bla bla bla Going to contact HP and demand a full refund on this PoS...

Since the last update I've had nothing but problems with my phone - I am now force resetting at least 3+ times a day and this problem is still prevailing after a WDRT reset. So basically, there are two bugs. 1. Screen goes black and won't toggle back on. Often the red LED in the corner...

Are you using the correct docking "lid" for your phone /case combination? The underside has a picture for the correct type.

Just now phone went from 30% battery down to 6%, red LED flickering, battery critically low warning, Docked phone, showed 31% almost instantly... think another dodgy update pushed with no testing and this phone goes on ebay.

Got this update only a couple of hours ago. Can't set screen brightness anymore (auto only, ignores manual) and while It's a lot more sensitive (its cycled brightness' several times noticably now just writing this) its stuck on levels too dark for my liking for the majority of it..... edit...

1. No. On my 1520 I used to be, and on my first HP elite I was; hoping it would get rid of the issues that were present on release (pre-AU) and then the phone bricked to an never ending HP logo boot up that overheated massively... For the record, this is my 3rd handset. First one the battery...

Mix radio was discontinued some time ago if I'm not mistaken, so even if you had downloaded it, you'd just get a thank you notice for supporting them in the past. Kindle is still there though, as is ESPN, as is tune in radio, as is (dictionary) Merriam Webster.... Only one I can't seem to...

UK user ~ my recommendation, don't buy it. Ignoring the issues on release, overall the phone is constantly hit and miss. One day I can play music (streamed over Spotify) all day long and still have loads of battery, the next day do the same (or even less!) and have very little. Battery life...

I've had that error in the past after a reset... Just make sure the phone is up to date and all the store download /updates are done and keep trying. Just reinstalled Kindle to prove it's very much still in the app store for mobile.
