Update the chipset and bios as well, still crashes. Mouse runs fine on my laptop Sent from my RM-820_nam_att_100 using Tapatalk

So I love my DV8P and I just tried to pair a bluetooth mouse to it (Razer Orochi). Was easy to do and worked perfectly fine for about 30 seconds before is just disconnected by itself. Looked around and saw that this was a common problem on Windows 8.1 and the solution was on my mouses...
