I solved it by uninstalling the antivirus. It's Kaspersky total security. In the release notes is a thing with OneDrive offline files and some antivirus. But I didn't thought such a big theme. Now everything works flawless as intended.

Unfortunately I have a major problem. Windows explorer hangs. And of course a lot of other things. So it starts normally and loads everything. But it stuck. The mouse moves but nothing else. For example rainmeter shows time 10:14 and windows 10:17. And they are both stalled and the time is ten...
