Please Help me out I having a problem while downloading some app,saying error code 0*80070002. Already did soft reset. Using Lumia 535. W10TP.

Can I install U.S speech after this update ??

I m using WP10TP..After updating to WP10 i am unable to download New languages (Speech+Keyboard) So unable to use Cortana or Text-to-speech. I tried the workaround as mentioned by MS but no luck..It always shows "preparing for download" or "Qued". Any others ideas to install new languages?
