This isn't going to be the popular opinion, but everyone needs to realize that Nokia did this with Symbian by switching to Windows Phone, Samsung did this by choosing Android, and HTC did this by using both Windows Phone and Android. They CAN live harmoniously.

Like others have said, its fake, the biggest thing being the space between tiles is too wide, the musical note graphic is ever-so-slightly different from the real thing and the status bar is different in Windows Phone 8.1, according to Tom Warren. However, I think more options would be nice.

Ah yeah, I had the same problem when I first switched, I had to reinsert my SIM into the iPhone and turn off iMessage, and then I had to unregister my iPhone through the Apple website. Eventually, in a few hours or so, the problem went away.
