I switched from the 810 to the 640 and love it, and it DOES have visual voicemail. Works great. Its basically an 810 with an upgraded processor ,slightly larger screen, better battery life, for 1/4th the price. Only lacking a dedicated camera button.

it wants to update to 10.0.12648.133, I switched it to fast ring and it still wants to do the same version, is there a way to get it to refresh?

Anyone having luck with slow ring 10.0.12648.133? I have tried twice on my 810 and just get a looping boot. Is it maybe because I don't have a sim card in the phone?

Yes I just got a 640 the other day and also having the same exact issue. I can login fine through web or my old nokia 810. just not the 640. I found another post with user on a 640 from cricket also having same issue. I alerted WF tech support on the issue. they are investigating. Update...

I just got the 640 a couple days ago from tmobile and I am also having the issue with the wellsfargo app. not able to login. works fine on my 810, just not on the 640.
