If you place you music on your MicroSD card under the music folder, you'll be set. The more files you have the longer it's going to take Groove to find them. The first time it finds them may take sometime and with that much for just music it could be awhile before it shows it's finding them...

From my guess is for whatever reason when he upgraded it just forgot the default program to use with the file type. If it's popping up to select a app/program select Word (or your document program you use) and make sure the option is ticked (use this as the default option for this file type). If...

Yep, or are shutting down too slowly so it believes it's waiting on something. Usually Origin and Steam can cause this issue. The shutdown anyways option should show which basically just tells everything to force quit.

I feel the same, usually Microsoft tends to support things with software as long as the hardware is supported but sadly this doesn't seem to be the case. People are not going to go out and buy the Band 2 just because it has the ability to control your music. I really hope Microsoft brings this...

That's because it's a Windows Phone 8 app and not a Windows 10 app. They've not released a update for it for sometime and I'm hoping they are working on a full fledge Windows 10 app, but only Spotify would know.

re: It's built into Windows. If you're talking about the phone, go into the storage setting and select reformat Micro SD, if for PC, just go to This Computer and right click the SD Card and select format.
