No im not running 8.1, but just had Verizon's firmware update an that didn't fix anything

Upgraded from the 928 to the Icon 2 weeks ago an noticed the Wifi range has only half the strength that my 928 had. Note I have a very powerful Cysco Router. For instance my 928 had 3 bars of WiFi in my bedroom an my 3 year old iPod touch still has 2 bars of WiFi but my Icon will read the router...

Just upgraded this week from the 928 to the Icon an luv it. But one of the features I luved so much on the 928 was the double tap to wake up the screen an I can't find that setting anywhere on the Icon. Am I missing it somewhere?

I have the same issue, started about a week or 2 ago also on my 928

I have the volume issue on my 928 on Verizon. Reboot only works temporarily. Its happens to me with Rhapsody, Spotify, You Tube HD, Nokia Mix Radio & Vine so I'm guessing its any audio playback. It only started with the Black update. Messed around with every audio setting, don't use glance...

Happened to me on a reset with the 928. Gears turned for a day an a half. What I realized is it seemed like the battery was completely drained an it wouldn't shutoff or charge any further to be able to finish the reset. So I plugged my tablet charger in which is a bigger charger an a half hr...

Yeah I have a similar issue, when I add to my collection from my iPod Xbox music app it shows up on my 928, but when I download songs from my 928 they don't show up on my ipod
