With my Wife's phone and mine still doing it, well we are about to take her's back (she also has issues where the ring for phone calls and texts only works part of the time, even after rebooting/pulling the battery). I don't want to, but if I have to I'll also exchange mine. Pretty shoddy...

I confirmed on the phone that was having issues that all settings are correct. The no phone call or txt message sound is random. Resetting the phone allowed it to work a couple of times, then it goes silent after that. It's hit or miss. What irks me is that the Lumia 950 is exactly same...

Forgot to mention, I did turn off the Iris Scanner, I think it's called Windows Hello. I do still have Hey Cortana turned on.

No worries. I'm a longtime windows phone user, but I will double check those settings. With the lack of sleep my Wife and I have been getting due to non-sleeping toddler and 6 month old, there's a strong possibility we are overlooking something simple. :)

I've got a Lumia 950 and Cortana refuses to give me directions to addresses in my contacts list. Also, every time I ask, "Hey Cortana, give me directions to <sisters> house" she hears the last word as 'how's' no matter how clearly I say it. Any tips?

That's what I thought too, but the display unit I saw was actually a 640XL with the details/specs page of a 950 (not XL). Have you actually seen a 950 XL with the stats page displayed in an AT&T store?
