Bump I still have not been able figure it out since the outlook update.

This has worked for a long time for me. Yesterday there was some sort of update to outlook and I can no longer get it to work. Contacts & Photo's still are checked. I unchecked and re checked them without any luck. Any idea's? Using WP 8.1 Thanks

Coming up on a year with Android. What I miss most is the way outlook on WP worked seamlessly with my exchange server at work and the handling of merging contacts. They both are frustrating on android.

If you live close to a MS store get it from there and buy the warranty. The deductible is only $50 less than AT&T's and the service is excellent. You go in the the store they simply give you another one.
