Same. It was charging while I installed the update but as soon as it finished I kept hearing the "charging starting" sound. Leaving it plugged in it loses power. 950. The screen lights up constantly like I just plugged it in, or if it's on you can see the charge indicator on the battery icon...

I've done lots of hard resets as well S gotten new phones. But I noticed WM10 doesn't mention backing messages up to the cloud anymore.. Also, the shortest and (default I think) sync is one month. I have nothing previous to my reset.

Yes, I got stuck copying files. I'm just trying a second time now. Mine didn't crash though. It just sat at 32% copying files all night. EDIT: Ran perfectly the second time.
