My 710 locks up sometimes and I can not get it to come back to life. An example is today. It is fully charged and then when I go to use it I can not turn it on. The only way I can get it to turn on is to plug it into the charger and then it will reboot and start working again. Any help...

ok, I figured it out. I went to the windows live website and saw my contacts are there.

yes, I set up an email account with Windows Live and I have the Skydrive set up. How do I then back up the contact info? I am sure this is pretty basic stuff but I am new to all this. Thanks,

thanks Jimski from another thread. I installed pocket files and now I can download a pic one at a time to my pc.

I uninstalled and reinstalled zune thinking this would help but no. I still can not download pictures one at a time. I can upload pictures to the phone one at a time but not download.

I just noticed something. I clicked update for the phone and it said " Your phone is up to date. Current phone software version: 7.10 (7740). I thought the current version was 7.5 - maybe that's why I am having trouble.

enahs555, I did everything you suggested and still no pictures transferred. I got a camera roll album to show up but it was empty. The only step I did not do is where you said to " Make sure "Manage Zune files separately from your Windows Libraries" is disabled" I could not find where that...
