That's not normal and honestly your phone is probably bricked now. My first factory reset took like a minute before it rebooted and worked fine. My second one (recommended by AT&T.. grrr) stalled like yours and now I'm stuck at the Nokia boot logo. Sorry.

Contacted AT&T support to try and fix my phone with the touch screen issues. They had me do a hard reset which resulted in a brick. Now they can't replace my phone for 2-3 WEEKS. Nokia isn't much better and won't send a replacement until I mail in my current phone and they take 7-10 business...

Well, my 920 started being unresponsive to all touch tonight. Just great. Physical buttons all work, but no touch. Very big bummer.
