Agree. Upgrade to the 805/810 and a larger battery would make me switch from my 1020.

I did, but all I can find are either very cheap nylon lanyards, and some nicer ones but they have metal piece near the loop, so it would bang on the phone and scratch it. So that won't work.

happens to my 1020 quite often. Can't pinpoint the cause, but can happen doing almost anything, browsing the net, using some apps, or taking pictures. And sometimes it will get in a loop that requires a reboot, otherwise the battery will drain quickly.

What a joke this is. My wife has an iPhone 4s and its so far behind in picture and video quality I would not even know where to begin. iPhone 5 is nowhere near the 1020, never mind the 4s.

Well I just spoke with an AT&T rep online (chat), and I was given a tracking number, scheduled for delivery on Thursday. The order page is still showing Processing. So I guess they are behind in their updates as usual. It also depends who you get online, as the other two reps were clueless.

Mine is still listed as Processing.

It has the cancel button in the order details so should not be any problems, but Microsoft is still showing as Coming Soon.
