That's not quite true. The fact the some of the 950/950XL cannot get 10586.29 is related to this pairing issue I suppose. I couldn't get the update before and did the hard reset as they told me that will solve the update issue. I got the update, and can pair my band with my 950XL no problem...

Did you change anything before you can set it up? Or just keep trying? I am mad confuse because some of us don't have that problem and some do.

But woodyg8 said that his/her 950 connect with the band no problem. IDK whether I should worried about this or not? Cuz I think some people can actually connect their band.

Just asked the MS Rep. Got this. Don't really know whether this is true or not. If it is, it really sucks. I would think that Microsoft Band will at least work for Windows 10 Mobile given they are from the SAME COMPANY.

Having the exact same problem with my OG MS band and my 950XL. No idea how to solve this.
