Try updating Windows with latest updates. If problem persists, I would definitely reinstall Windows. No other solution, though. :P

If that's true, that's really bad! Edge seems to be ok for me even though I use it as a 2nd browser for development testing and so... Try Google chrome :P IE didn't get blocked, why would they block edge? -.-

As stated in previous post and showed on image you should be able to spot the problem in resource monitor tab of Windows Task Manager. Moreover, if the system is problem, then, maybe windows 10 is a little bit too OP for your PC.

I am proud owner of iPhone SE... I really like it. :) But on PC Windows is a must! Strange combination but I believe there are many out there who are Windows fans on PC while using iOS device on mobile.

I am not big fan of Windows Store what means that most of my apps I do not install through the store. Maybe that's because I mostly use Chrome, which is not in app store ....
