I agree with you on the intention of the mentioned passus. I feel that the goal of the section is definatelly positive (and I wish Microsoft would have a similiar clause), but I do think the tone of how it is conveyed is just wrong and rude. It could have been worded more diplomatic/neutral.

This only affects the offline mixes (i.e. the free audio "streaming") you get for free. The limit here is 4 (four). Proper offline music (i.e. mp3 music you put on your device or SD) is unlimited.

There's two problems with that. 1. You can not uninstall XBM. Not via press and hold, not via the date trick. 2. Bringing up the volume controls and tapping the song title will launch the new XBM instead of the old Music hub again. For a lot of people, this is how they launch their music app...
